Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Onsite IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support operations at our office/site. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, networking, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and other IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, networking, Windows systems, and basic IT security.

• Key Responsibilities1. End-User IT SupportProvide onsite Level 1/Level 2 technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations and peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems.
• Troubleshoot software, application and hardware issues.
• Manage printers, scanners and other office peripherals.
• Assist users with system setup, upgrades and configuration.
• Maintain IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• 2. Microsoft 365 AdministrationManage users through Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Create, modify and disable user accounts.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licenses and subscriptions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Exchange Online and email issues.
• Troubleshoot Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint access issues.
• Manage password resets and basic authentication issues.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 security and access policies.
• Basic knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD is preferred.
• Understand MFA and basic Microsoft 365 security practices.
• 3. NetworkingStrong understanding of basic LAN/WAN networking.
• Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and wired network connectivity.
• Basic knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls and access points.
• Troubleshoot IP conflicts and connectivity problems.
• Patch and maintain network points and network equipment.
• Basic understanding of VLANs is preferred.
• Coordinate with ISP/network vendors when required.
• 4. IT Infrastructure SupportMaintain IT assets and equipment inventory.
• Perform hardware installation and replacement.
• Monitor basic network and IT infrastructure issues.
• Maintain documentation of IT equipment, users and configurations.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Assist with backup, antivirus and endpoint security systems.
• Follow company IT policies and security procedures.
• 5. User & Security SupportSupport user onboarding and offboarding.
• Configure new employee laptops and accounts.
• Ensure access is removed when employees leave.
• Assist users with password and MFA-related issues.
• Follow IT security and data protection policies.
• Identify and escalate suspicious security incidents.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a hands-on IT engineer who can independently manage day-to-day office IT operations, troubleshoot networking and user issues, administer Microsoft 365, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that employees have reliable IT support.

Priority should be given to candidates with strong practical troubleshooting experience rather than candidates with only theoretical IT knowledge.
