- Qualification: BA, B.Sc., B.Com. or any other equivalent qualification
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM
- Computer Skills: MS Word and MS Excel are compulsory
- Working Days: 26 days per month
- Police Verification: Police Verification Certificate is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
- Prepare, update, and format documents using MS Word.
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data records using MS Excel.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors wherever required.
- Maintain files, registers, and other official documentation.
- Handle day-to-day computer operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure the confidentiality and proper maintenance of official records.
