Job Description

  • Job Description – Commis Chef (Continental)Assist in preparing Continental dishes such as pasta, pizzas, soups, sauces, and salads.
  • Handle daily food preparation and ensure timely service.
  • Follow recipes and maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Keep the workstation clean and follow proper hygiene standards.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and minimize food wastage.
  • Work closely with senior chefs and the kitchen team.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and follow food safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or premium restaurant preferred.
  • Hotel Management (HM) qualification or Diploma preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, good teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
