Copywriter (Instagram Reels & Digital Content)

Position: Copywriter - Instagram Reels & Digital Content (Vertical First Thinker)

Company: OBEROI IBC | Location: Mumbai

Office hours :

9:30 AM - 7:30 PM.

Monday to Saturday 

 OBEROI IBC is a full service ad agency specializing in making ad films with Bollywood celebrities 

We are looking for young trendy, internet-obsessed copywriters who lives on Instagram who don't just watch reels, who understand why they went viral.

The Role:

- Think, Write & Execute - Not just ideas, but end-to-end execution of Instagram Reels, Stories, and Micro-Dramas that stop the scroll.

- Be a Trend Spotter - You should know what's trending today, before it trends tomorrow. Audio, format, meme, challenge - you are on top of it.

- Study Competition Obsessively - Deep dive into what competitor brands are doing and come back with 10x better ideas.

- Idea Machine - Ability to generate fresh, great, executable content ideas EVERY SINGLE DAY.

- Vertical Storytelling - You think in 9:16. You know hooks, retention, and how to tell a gripping story in 15-30 seconds.

Requirements:

Freshers are most welcome.

- 0-3 years experience in creating digital / social content (Agency background preferred)

- Strong portfolio of Reels / short-form content you have written AND executed

- Excellent understanding of youth culture, internet slang, and current trends

- Self-starter who can shoot with a phone, direct creators, and get things done

- Passion for storytelling and pop culture

- Language: Excellent command over Hindi & English is a MUST. Knowledge of other regional languages of India will be a strong advantage / preferred.
