Job Description
Welcome and engage customers entering the store.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Keep the sales counter and store area clean and organized.
Support billing, stock checks, and inventory activities when required.
