Job Summary
Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations while following food safety and quality standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and take orders accurately.
- Prepare burgers, fries, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments when assigned to the counter.
- Serve orders promptly and politely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining area, and service counter.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
- Refill ingredients, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
- Work effectively with team members during busy periods.
- Follow company policies and instructions from the restaurant manager.
- QualificationsMinimum education: Usually 10th or 12th pass, depending on the vacancy.
- Freshers can apply for many crew member positions.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
