About the RoleWe are looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Crew Members to join the Good Flippin Burger team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering a great guest experience while supporting day-to-day restaurant operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process billing/payments.
• Prepare and assemble food items as per Good Flippin Burger's standards and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, portioning, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counter, kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Refill ingredients, packaging materials, and other restaurant supplies when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth order flow.
• Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the supervisor when required.
• Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Work effectively during busy periods, weekends, and peak hours.
• Candidate Requirements10th/12th pass preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic communication skills.
• Basic English/Hindi or the ability to communicate with customers and team members.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
