Job Description

Location - Goregaon


Roles -

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to customers to explain products, services, pricing, and offers.
  • Generate sales by understanding customer needs, convincing customers, and converting leads into sales.
  • Follow up with interested customers, handle objections, and resolve basic customer queries.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets, sales targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports, and coordinate with the sales team when required.
