Customer Inquiry Executive – Telecalling

● Speak with property owners using leads provided by Lease-It.

● Introduce Lease-It in a friendly and professional manner.

● Understand the customer’s property-related plans and requirements.

● Check whether the customer is considering renting out or selling their property.

● Collect basic information about the property and the customer’s needs.

● Answer basic questions about Lease-It’s services and explain the next steps.

● Arrange appointments with the relevant Lease-It team member based on the customer’s availability.

● Follow up with customers regarding scheduled appointments when required.

What We’re Looking For

● Female candidates preferred.

● Freshers and candidates with prior telecalling or customer service experience are welcome.

● Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

● Marathi communication skills would be an advantage.

● Pleasant, confident and professional telephone manner.

● Good listening and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to understand customer requirements and record information accurately.

● Comfortable speaking with property owners over the phone.
