Job Description
Customer Relationship Manager – Niyo Express
📍 Locations: MUMBAI (Male candidiates, field job)
💼 Experience: 2–3 Years
🎓 Education: Bachelor's Degree/ PG
Looking for customer-facing Sales & Relationship Management professionals who enjoy meeting customers, explaining financial products and driving business through referrals and cross-selling.
What you'll do:
🔹 Handle doorstep customer service, KYC & onboarding
🔹 Deliver product demos and explain Niyo Global Forex Cards
🔹 Cross-sell Forex.
🔹 Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
🔹 Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service
🔹 Manage leads and follow defined processes
🔹 Interact with HNI customers and represent the Niyo brand professionally
What we're looking for:
✅ 2+ years of experience in Sales / Customer Service / Relationship Management
✅ Excellent English & Hindi communication
✅ Local language proficiency
✅ Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
✅ Proactive, presentable and target-oriented
✅ Financial product sales/service experience is an advantage
✅ Two-wheeler preferred
