Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to merchants and introduce Benow’s services.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Follow up with prospective merchants and ensure successful conversions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in Outbound Sales / Telesales / Hardcore Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Good proficiency English.
