Job Description

  1. After Sales Service - Record complaints from customers and ensure proper documentation.
  2. Keep customers informed about the status of their service requests.
  3. Assign complaints to the appropriate service engineer based on issue complexity and
  4. availability.
  5. Coordinate with stores and workshops to ensure the availability of spare parts.
  6. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time.
  7. Respond quickly to customer repair needs and prepare accurate repair quotations.
  8. Monitor progress to ensure service completion by the assigned engineer.
  9. Update customers on the status of their complaints or maintenance work.
  10. Ensure timely preparation of invoices and follow up for payments.
  11. Work closely with service engineers, stores, workshops, and the billing team to streamline
  12. operations.
  13. Address any coordination challenges effectively to avoid service delays.
