Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product-related queries regarding sarees, suits, lehengas, pricing, availability, sizes, colours, and designs.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, production, and dispatch teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Track customer orders and provide timely updates on order status, dispatch, delivery, exchanges, and returns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments, orders, deliveries, or other requirements.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners when required to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales journey.
- Escalate complex or critical customer issues to the concerned senior/team member.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure no query remains unattended.
- Requirements1–4 years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support / Client Servicing / Retail.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, ethnic wear, e-commerce, or retail will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, polite, and professional approach towards customers.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
