Job Description
Job Opening: Customer Service Associate
Location: Malad, Andheri, Thane, Vikhroli, Airoli, Ghansoli
Processes: US, UK, Australian.
Job Requirements:
Education: HSC or Graduate
Experience:
Freshers with HSC/Graduate qualifications are welcome to apply
Candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in voice process or chat support will be preferred
Strong communication skills are mandatory
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in any voice process or chat support will be an added advantage
Salary: 15,000 to 60,000 in-hand + Unlimited incentives
Salary will be based on last drawn and overall work experience. Candidates will also be considered for a hike based on relevant experience.
Working Days:
5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
