💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES

• 6 Months to 4 Years Exp: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand
• 4+ Years Exp: ₹35,000 In-Hand candidates who has experience in e-commerce can get
• 📈 Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/-

🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 Months of Customer Support experience (Mandatory)
• Language Skills: Very Good to Excellent Verbal & Written English Communication
• Technical Skills: Basic Computer Knowledge
• Other Traits: Good listening skills, customer-first attitude, and comfortable with rotational shifts

• 📞 Multichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries professionally via calls, emails, and chats.
• 🛠️ Resolution: Provide accurate details on products/services and resolve issues efficiently.
• 📊 Data Management: Maintain customer records and update interaction details in the CRM system.
• 🔄 Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues to internal teams and follow up for resolution.
• 🎯 Targets: Consistently meet individual CSAT and quality performance targets.
