Last Mile Executive / Assistant Manager – D2C Logistics

Location: Mumbai, Western Suburbs (on-site)

We're a fast-growing D2C brand. We're building a lean, tech-first operations team. You'll work directly with the leadership team, use AI tools in your day-to-day work, and help shape how logistics runs as we scale.

What you'll do

• Last-mile delivery: track shipments from dispatch to delivery across courier partners, and chase delayed, stuck and lost shipments until they're closed.

• NDR (failed deliveries): manage the daily list of failed deliveries, contact customers, reattempt deliveries and get them delivered quickly.

• RTO (returns to origin): keep returns low, find the root causes (address, COD, courier, pin code), and track returns back into the warehouse.

• Courier partners: handle day-to-day coordination, escalations and performance reviews (TAT, first-attempt delivery %, RTO %, damage claims).

• Reports: maintain daily and weekly dashboards for dispatch, delivery, NDR and RTO, and flag issues before they grow.

• Process: help build SOPs, automate repetitive work and improve how shipments are tracked.

• Cross-team work: work with the warehouse, customer support and finance teams on reconciliations, claims and COD remittance.

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years in e-commerce or D2C logistics, last-mile delivery, or courier operations

• Hands-on experience with NDR and RTO processes and shipping platforms such as Ship rocket, Click Post or courier partner panels

• Excel / Google Sheets skills are a strong plus: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, basic dashboards

• A self-starter who's ready to hustle: you own problems end to end and follow up until they're fixed

• Clear communication with couriers, customers and internal teams (English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus)

• Curious about using AI tools to work faster
