Job Description – Data Entry Executive
Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to manage data entry, maintain records, update databases, and ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Verify information for accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets and reports.
- Handle data processing and documentation tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and updates.
- Ensure data confidentiality and timely completion of assigned work.
- Candidate Requirements Graduate with good computer knowledge.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.
