Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Delivery & Counter Sales Executive to join our team.

• Job Responsibilities:Handle counter sales and assist customers with their requirements.
• Prepare and pack orders accurately for delivery.
• Deliver automotive batteries, spare parts & related products to customers/dealers.
• Collect payments and maintain proper delivery records.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse team for smooth order processing.
• Check products and quantities before dispatch.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide professional service.
• Handle basic customer queries regarding products, availability and orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the counter and workplace.
• Requirements:10th / 12th pass preferred.
• Previous experience in automobile, battery, spare parts or counter sales will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Should be punctual, responsible and willing to learn.
• Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred for delivery work.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones/WhatsApp is required.
