Job Title: Delivery Executive / Delivery BoyCompany: BigBasket (A Tata Enterprise)Key Responsibilities (Kaam Kya Hoga)Hub ya dark store se assigned grocery orders aur delivery packages ko pick karna.Navigation apps ka use karke customer location tak sahi aur time par items deliver karna.Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders ke paise UPI ya cash ke zariye collect karna aur hub manager ko submit karna.Grocery items, khaskar fragile (tootne wale) aur perishable (jald kharab hone wale) samaan ko dhyaan se handle karna.Doorstep par customer ke saath polite aur professional tareeqe se baat karna.Key Requirements (Zaroori Cheezein)Education: Kam se kam 10th pass ya 12th pass preferred.Vehicle & License: Valid driving license (2-wheeler/3-wheeler) aur apni bike, scooter, ya electric vehicle hona chahiye.Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, aur active Bank Account details.Tech Requirements: Android smartphone jisme active internet plan ho (orders aur navigation ke liye).Skills: Local routes ki samajh, local language ki jaankari, aur time management skills.Work Details & Benefits (Faayde aur Shifts)Shift Options: Flexible shifts available hain (Full-time, Part-time, ya Morning/Evening slots).Earnings: Fixed base salary + per-delivery incentives + weekly/monthly performance bonus.Perks: Insurance coverage, flexible working hours, aur fuel allowance (jahan applicable ho).
