Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver items: Transport goods, food, or parcels to designated addresses safely and quickly.
  • Follow routes: Use GPS and local knowledge to pick the best paths.
  • Handle payments: Collect cash or digital payments from customers when required.
  • Maintain records: Keep logs of delivered packages, signed receipts, and daily mileage.
  • Communicate: Report vehicle problems, road delays, or customer issues to managers. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]


Requirements and Skills


  • License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Navigation: Good knowledge of local roads and GPS apps.
  • Physical fitness: Ability to lift packages and work in different weather conditions.
  • Soft skills: Good communication and polite customer service.
