Digital Marketing Executive

SERNET is looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support its marketing and lead-generation activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating content and marketing collateral, managing digital campaigns, maintaining CRM data, and preparing performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Design graphics, digital creatives, sales collateral, and professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Plan, Schedule, and Publish campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
• Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, databases, online platforms, and other outreach initiatives.
• Track enquiries and leads, follow up with relevant internal teams, and maintain accurate lead records.
• Regularly update the CRM with lead status, interactions, follow-ups, and customer information.
• Collect campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign results and market trends.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, external agencies, and vendors when required.
• Provide regular progress and performance updates directly to management.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Content writing and copywriting ability.
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar graphic-design tools.
• Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and campaign-scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, and lead generation.
• Experience working with CRM software and preparing MIS reports.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Candidates with a portfolio of social media creatives, presentations, or marketing collateral will be preferred.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while reporting directly to management.
