Ecommerce Intern

Key Responsibilities

●     Support listing creation, updates, and catalog hygiene across Amazon and Shopify

●     Track and update inventory levels, stock health, and replenishment reports

●     Assist with order processing, order tracking, and resolving order level issues

●     Support day to day D2C storefront operations on Shopify, including product uploads, pricing, and basic page updates

●     Maintain and update trackers and reports with accuracy and consistency

●     Work with large datasets in Excel, ensuring clean, error free output

●     Juggle multiple ongoing tasks and reports at once without compromising on accuracy

●     Collaborate with the ecommerce team to meet weekly and monthly deadlines

●     Flag data or listing discrepancies and support in root causing them

Requirements

●     Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP; familiarity with basic data visualization is a plus)

●     Right attitude to learn, take ownership, and grow in the role

●     Comfortable working with numbers and repetitive tasks with high attention to detail

●     Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time without making errors

●     Exposure to or willingness to learn Amazon Seller Central and Shopify

●     Available for 5 days work from office at Vikhroli

●     Prior internship or coursework in ecommerce, commerce, or business is a plus, but not mandatory

Growth Path

Strong performers may be converted to a full time Analyst role after 6 months, at a salary of Rs 3 LPA.
