Order Processing executive
Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai (warehouse office)
Employment type: Full-time, on-site
Experience: 1–2 years
About the role
Order Processing Executive to handle our daily B2C orders from start to finish.
Order is processed correctly, dispatched on time and tracked through to delivery. wrong orders ,delays, returns (RTO) and refunds.
Key responsibilities
• Process daily B2C orders from our online store, checking SKUs, quantities and shipping addresses
• Coordinate with the warehouse team so orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time
• Follow up with logistics and courier partners on pickups, tracking updates, delays and lost or damaged shipments
• Track shipments until delivery and flag delayed or stuck orders early
• Handle RTO (return to origin) cases: track returns, check returned stock, and update records
• Coordinate refunds and order corrections with the customer support and accounts teams
Requirements
• 1 years of experience in order processing, dispatch or operations at a B2C or e-commerce brand, a logistics company or a 3PL (third-party logistics provider)
• Basic computer skills: email, Excel
• Basic English
