Experience Working Days Freshers & Experienced Candidates Monday to Saturday Education Working Hours Age Group 18–30 Years About the Role Location Minimum 10th/12th Pass 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mulund West, Mumbai We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Education Counselor to join our team. The candidate will connect with students and working professionals, understand their educational requirements, explain management and skill-development programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers interested in sales, counseling, education, and customer interaction. Key Responsibilities • Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to students and working professionals. • Explain course details, eligibility, fees, benefits, and enrollment process. • Understand prospective students' requirements and recommend suitable programs. • Convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments. • Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with interested prospects. • Maintain accurate lead and candidate records in CRM. • Update daily call activity, follow-ups, and conversion status. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and enrollment targets. • Handle student queries professionally and provide appropriate information. • Coordinate with internal sales/team members for the admission process. • Maintain positive relationships with prospective students throughout the counseling process. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 10th/12th pass from any stream. • Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, sales, education counseling, or customer service is an advantage. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi will be an added advantage. • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools. • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. • Self-motivated, confident, target-oriented, and disciplined. • Good convincing and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
