Job Profile – Site Engineer (Electrical)Position: Site Engineer – Electrical

Experience: 3 to 6Years

Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Salary: ₹30000 to ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

• Job Responsibilities Supervise and execute electrical installation work at project sites.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Inspect the quality of electrical work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material requisitions, and site documentation.
• Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required at the site.
• Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved budget and schedule.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company safety policies.
• Required Skills Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
• Preferred Candidate Profile B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in electrical site execution.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage site teams effectively.
