About the Role

We are looking for a technically sound Costing & Estimation Executive to support our marketing and business development activities. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimations from architectural drawings, supporting client enquiries, coordinating with manufacturing, and maintaining technical and enquiry documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Study architectural drawings and specifications to prepare cost estimations, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.

• Prepare estimation sheets, presentations, and supporting documents for client enquiries and submissions.

• Record and track enquiries received via email, phone, and client portals; ensure timely responses and systematic follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the manufacturing unit to track production status for enquiries and confirmed orders.

• Conduct monthly factory visits to review manufacturing activities and report progress to management.

• Collaborate with project, production, and marketing teams for smooth handover to clients and execution teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, interior Designer or related field.

• Experience in estimation and costing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
