EV Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and understand their EV requirements.
• Explain EV models, features, specifications, pricing and benefits to customers.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives.
• Generate leads through showroom enquiries, calls, references and other sources.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain proper customer records and sales follow-up.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the finance, insurance and delivery teams.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated about EV technology, products, competitors and market trends
