Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Event Sales Manager to generate new business, manage corporate and exhibition/event clients, and drive sales of event infrastructure and services such as exhibition stalls, German hangers, pagoda tents, AC rentals, and complete event setups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through calls, meetings, references, networking, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, exhibitors, and organizers.
• Understand client requirements and prepare suitable event solutions and quotations.
• Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with the operations, design, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
• Visit exhibition venues and client locations when required.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and payments.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer database, and regular sales reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
• Ensure excellent customer service and generate repeat business.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and business development capabilities.
• Experience in the events, exhibitions, hospitality, rental, or infrastructure industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of event/exhibition products and services.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
• Strong client relationship management and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM tools.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
