About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Event Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive sales for our event and exhibition solutions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, and market research.
- Identify and approach corporate clients, event agencies, exhibition organizers, and brands.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals and quotations.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and sales closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with the operations and project team to ensure smooth execution.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update CRM/database.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in Event Sales, Exhibition Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and client-handling ability.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
- Experience in the events/exhibition industry will be an advantage.
