Job Description

  • Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the commercial premises.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, and landscaping teams.
  • Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, Fire Fighting, etc.).
  • Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and asset condition.
  • Plan manpower deployment and staff training.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all common area facilities and amenities.
