Factory Supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience in factory coordination, sales coordination, operations, or dispatch management will be preferred.

· Basic to good working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

· Advanced Excel skills will be an added advantage, particularly Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, filters, and data reporting.

· Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

· Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.

· Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in factory coordination, manufacturing, building materials, wood, veneer, laminate, interior products, or a related industry.

· Familiarity with sales order processing, inventory coordination, purchase follow-ups, and dispatch documentation.

· Experience maintaining Excel-based MIS reports and order-tracking sheets.
