Job Description: 

We seek an experienced Fiber Field Engineer to join our technical team at Ms/ Celledge Technologies Pvt Ltd. Your daily responsibilities will involve providing on-site technical support, conducting installations and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of our technical systems and equipment in the field.

Objectives of this role:

Collaborating with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and technical objectives. Performing on-site equipment installations, testing, maintenance, repairs and technical inspections at customer sites or project locations. Troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing problems and providing effective solutions in real time. Providing technical training and support to field technicians and client personnel. Maintaining detailed documentation of field activities, technical issues, and resolutions. Ensuring the safety and compliance of all field operations. 

Your Tasks:

Conduct equipment installations and ensure they meet technical specifications. Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment, systems and software at client sites. Diagnose technical issues, conduct repairs and test equipment for proper functionality. Perform routine maintenance, inspections and preventive measures to ensure equipment reliability. Respond to service calls and technical issues, addressing them promptly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Filed Experience in Fiber Installation/ FTTH
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues effectively.
• Effective communication and teamwork for collaborating with teams and clients.
• Project management abilities for coordinating and managing field activities.
• Knowledge of safety and quality control practices in field operations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging field conditions.
• Multilingual proficiency for effective communication in India's diverse market.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of emerging field technologies and trends.
• Experience with remote monitoring and data collection tools.
• Proficiency in using field service management software.
