Job Description
Job Title: Field Executive – Uber
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Travelling Allowance: ₹4800 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Visit assigned areas to onboard new Auto drivers for Uber
Explain benefits, earnings, and onboarding process to drivers
Help candidates complete registration and create driver IDs
Achieve target of 15 driver ID creations with 5 rides each
Support newly onboarded drivers with basic guidance
Incentives upto 10k
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic smartphone knowledge
Ability to work in field and achieve targets
Confident and convincing personality
