Job SummaryQT Consultancy is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Recruiter to hire candidates for logistics, warehouse, delivery, and other blue-collar job profiles across Mumbai.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field recruitment drives to hire delivery boys, pickup boys, and warehouse staff.
• Source candidates through local markets, job fairs, references, posters, and social media.
• Visit local areas and hiring locations to generate candidate leads.
• Screen candidates, explain job requirements, and coordinate interviews and joining.
• Complete candidate documentation and maintain recruitment records.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams to ensure successful joining.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Experience in field recruitment or blue-collar hiring will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
• Knowledge of Mumbai's local areas and recruitment markets is preferred.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and meeting recruitment targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Strong sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai for recruitment activities.
