Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to identify potential customers, generate leads, promote company products or services, and achieve sales targets through field visits and customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers, retailers, dealers, and businesses to generate sales.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

- Conduct regular field visits and follow up with prospective customers.

- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and payments.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the sales manager.

Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.

- Knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Previous field sales experience is an advantage.

- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be preferred, depending on company requirements.
