Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential customers, transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, contractors, and other businesses requiring commercial vehicles.
2. Conduct daily field visits to meet prospective and existing customers.
3. Generate leads through market visits, customer references, networking, and other sales activities.
4. Understand customer requirements and promote suitable BharatBenz commercial vehicle models.
5. Explain vehicle features, benefits, specifications, and available offers to prospective customers.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to convert leads into sales.
7. Coordinate with the showroom sales team, finance team, and other departments for quotations, vehicle financing, and delivery-related activities.
8. Maintain daily reports of customer visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and sales progress.
9. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
10. Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation, customer-visit, and sales targets.
11. Collect market feedback and competitor information to identify new business opportunities.
