## Job Overview

A premier pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Vile Parle is looking for a dynamic, highly analytical, and experienced Accounts & Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete financial operations, plant accounting, compliance framework, and corporate reporting of the manufacturing unit. Strong proficiency in SAP HANA is a prerequisite to streamline financial processes and drive accurate business insights.

## Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

* Manage the day-to-day accounts, general ledger, corporate finance, and treasury operations of the manufacturing unit.

* Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements.

* Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to track financial performance against organizational goals.

Costing & Plant Accounting

* Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances.

* Implement robust internal financial controls to optimize operational costs and minimize leakages at the manufacturing level.

Taxation & Compliance

* Ensure complete compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax regulations, including Income Tax, GST filing, annual returns, and tax audits.

* Manage corporate governance and coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors to ensure seamless audit completion.

System Utilization (SAP HANA)

* Leverage SAP HANA for financial accounting, controlling (FI/CO), and generating MIS reports.

* Optimize system workflows to improve the accuracy and speed of financial reporting.

## Candidate Profile

* Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

* Possess 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.

* Compulsory technical expertise in SAP HANA.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of accounting professionals.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders and auditors.
