Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on Equity & Derivatives market opportunities and trading strategies.
- Handle and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
- Execute client orders with proper consent and provide timely market updates.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and identify investment/trading opportunities.
- Acquire new clients and build long-term client relationships.
- Generate brokerage/revenue through effective client engagement and trading activities.
- Cross-sell third-party financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Insurance, etc.
- Conduct daily meetings with existing clients and prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve individual business, revenue and client acquisition targets.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Options & Cash Market.
- Hands-on experience in trading/order punching.
- HNI/UHNI client handling experience.
- Strong client acquisition & relationship management skills.
- Experience in broking / wealth management / capital markets.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Revenue/brokerage generation track record.
