Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Handle the EPABX system, attend incoming calls, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Visitor Management: Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors professionally, and maintain the visitor/guest register.
- Courier Management: Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, maintain records, and coordinate with courier service providers.
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Assist the Managing Director (MD) in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Conference Room Management: Manage conference room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are ready for scheduled meetings.
- General Administration: Support day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
