About us

Our product is large: a full admin console, an agent workspace, dialers, campaign management, reporting and live dashboards. Over a thousand source files and growing every week.

The role

You build features end to end — the screen, the API behind it, and the data model under that. Nothing gets thrown over a wall here.

What You Will Do

• Build screens in React and TypeScript across the admin console and the agent workspace
• Build the APIs behind them in Node.js and TypeScript
• Dialer and campaign features, call queues, reports and live dashboards
• Live data over websockets — agent status, queue counts, wallboards
• Design and query MySQL and MongoDB in a multi-tenant system
• Work on our developer platform — the SMS and voice APIs customers build against, webhooks, API keys and rate limits
• Build the privacy controls customers ask for: recording consent prompts, pause and resume on a call, retention and deletion, data export

What We Expect From You

• Every query is scoped to the right company. We are multi-tenant. One customer seeing another customer's data is the worst bug you can write here, and we have caught one before
• You ship whole features. Screen, API, data model, migration, and the rollout to existing customers
• You do not build a screen that lies. If the button cannot work yet, it says so
• You test with real volumes. Fast with ten rows and unusable with a hundred thousand is not finished
• You match the code around you. Consistency across a codebase this size beats personal preference
• You fix the cause, not the symptom
• First 2 weeks: something customer-visible, shipped
• First 90 days: you own a product area end to end and we stop reviewing every line

What You Must Have

• 3+ years building production web applications. 6+ and we are very interested
• React and TypeScript, on something real that people used
• Node.js and TypeScript on the backend, REST APIs you have shipped and maintained
• MySQL and MongoDB, including queries that still perform at scale
• Git, and the discipline to work inside a large existing codebase

Preferred

Tailwind CSS, websockets, multi-tenant SaaS, charting and reporting interfaces, and any telecom or contact centre background at all.
