Graphic Designer – Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate should be able to create attractive and professional visual content for social media, digital marketing, OTT promotions, advertisements, posters, banners, thumbnails, and other branding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create social media posts, posters, banners, thumbnails, ad creatives, and promotional designs.

- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.

- Create OTT/web-series/movie promotional posters and campaign creatives.

- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

- Resize and adapt creatives for multiple formats such as 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9.

- Work with the marketing/content team to understand campaign requirements.

- Edit images, remove backgrounds, perform color correction, retouching, and basic photo manipulation.

- Create attractive typography and layouts.

- Handle multiple design tasks and deliver work within deadlines.

- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and visual styles.

- Experience with AI design/video tools will be an added advantage.

Required Skills: Adobe Photoshop,

Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Canva, strong typography and layout skills, color sense, image editing, social media design, and basic understanding of branding.

Preferred: Experience in entertainment, OTT, media, digital marketing, or production industry.
