Guest Relations Executive – Restaurant / F&BCompany: Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 Monthly Take-Home + Performance Incentives

Experience: Freshers / 6 Months to 2 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Weekly Off

Job DescriptionSmaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Guest Relations Executives for its restaurant at Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

We are looking for smart, well-groomed, confident and customer-oriented candidates who can manage restaurant guests and provide excellent dining experiences.

Candidates from Airlines, QSR, Restaurant and Hospitality backgrounds are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet restaurant guests.
  • Manage guest seating, table allocation and guest requirements.
  • Explain menu items, food options and restaurant offers.
  • Assist guests with menu queries and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with waiters, captains and kitchen teams for smooth service.
  • Handle guest feedback, queries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and quality service.
  • Maintain professional grooming and restaurant service standards.
