Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage & support multiple store operations.
  • Taking calls on Centralized number & monitor reviews.
  • Ensure excellent customer service & resolve complaints
  • Train and guide store teams
  • Monitor sales, inventory, costs & operational standards
  • Conduct store audits, stock checks & variance analysis
  • Ensure SOP, food safety & SOD/EOD compliance
  • Coordinate with Accounts & Area Managers for monthly reporting
