About the RoleHermoso Salon is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and well-groomed Salon Helper to support our salon team in maintaining smooth daily operations and providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for clients.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, polite, disciplined, and willing to learn salon operations and basic beauty services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist hairstylists, beauticians, and other salon professionals during services.
• Prepare workstations, equipment, towels, products, and other required materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the salon.
• Clean and sanitize tools and equipment after use.
• Wash and prepare towels, capes, brushes, bowls, and other salon materials.
• Assist clients with basic requirements such as seating, refreshments, towels, etc.
• Support shampooing/hair-washing services when required and trained.
• Ensure salon products and equipment are properly arranged and stored.
• Maintain cleanliness of mirrors, chairs, workstations, floors, and common areas.
• Help with opening and closing salon activities.
• Inform senior staff when products or supplies are running low.
• Follow all salon hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Provide polite and respectful assistance to clients at all times.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Salon Manager.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th standard preferred.
• Fresher candidates are welcome.
• Previous salon or beauty-industry experience will be an advantage.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.
• Good communication and polite behaviour with customers.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
