TECH MAHINDRA - HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS - EXPERIENCED/FRESHERS


Key Responsibilities:

- Voice Process

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills


LOCATION : MALAD/ GOREGAON

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Candidates with 6 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to Apply


Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
