About the RoleWe are looking for a well-groomed, experienced, and service-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join an ultra-luxury private residence in Oshiwara, Mumbai, serving a prestigious client.

The ideal candidate should have strong housekeeping experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the residence.
• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining areas, and other designated spaces.
• Handle dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and detailed cleaning of surfaces and furnishings.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of luxury furniture, fixtures, fittings, and delicate items.
• Make beds and maintain bedrooms to a high standard.
• Assist with laundry, ironing, folding, and wardrobe-related housekeeping duties when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping stores and supplies.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning products and housekeeping equipment.
• Support the team during special occasions, gatherings, and other requirements.
• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in luxury hotels, premium hospitality, or high-end private residences is preferred.
• Good knowledge of professional housekeeping practices and cleaning procedures.
• Experience handling luxury furnishings and delicate materials will be an advantage.
• Well-groomed, polite, disciplined, and service-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a professional household team.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
• Candidates with experience serving HNI/UHNI clients will be preferred.
