Job Description
A housekeeping supervisor manages daily cleaning operations, inspects facilities for quality, and trains staff to ensure high hygiene and safety standards
- Quality Inspections: Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to verify they meet cleanliness standards.
- Training and Orientation: Teach new and existing staff proper cleaning techniques, safety rules, and customer service protocols.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals, tools, and linens, and order new supplies as needed.
- Guest Relations: Handle customer complaints or special requests and coordinate room statuses with the front desk.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify broken fixtures or facility damage and report them directly to the maintenance team.
