📋 Job Description

Muthoot Finance is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to drive our talent acquisition and onboarding functions for our regional operations in Pune. Candidates must possess a graduation degree and a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals like Apna, LinkedIn, and professional networks.

Coordinate and conduct preliminary interview screening rounds.

Schedule interviews with department heads, handle salary negotiations, and roll out job offers.

Seamless Onboarding & Documentation:

Manage the complete joining and onboarding formalities for new hires.

Conduct thorough document verification, background checks, and compliance checks.

Create employee master files, issue appointment/offer letters, and ensure a smooth welcoming experience for new joiners.

Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, generate daily/weekly hiring metrics, and coordinate manpower requirements with internal stakeholders.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

Education: Graduation is strictly mandatory (MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant discipline is strongly preferred).

Experience: 1.5 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience specifically in Recruitment and Onboarding (BFSI sector experience is a strong plus).

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and applicant tracking/job portals (like Apna).

Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage high-volume hiring coordination.
