Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive for Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our manufacturing organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring talent across Pan India.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to joining.
• Understand job requirements and appropriate Job Descriptions (JDs).
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with respective departments.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for different roles.
• Coordinate salary discussions, selection, documentation and offer releases.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, interview trackers, offer and joining reports.
• Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies where required.
• Conduct reference/background verification as per company policy.
• Maintain proper recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with company HR policies.
• Assist the HR team in onboarding and induction activities.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience in hiring for manufacturing/engineering/industrial organizations preferred.
• Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS skills.
• Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.

Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate.
