HR Executive

Position: Senior Resource Executive

Location: Prabhadevi – Century Bazaar, Dadar

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple client requirements.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates before forwarding profiles to clients.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage regular follow-ups for interview feedback, selection status, documentation, and joining.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate closely with clients to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Support and guide junior recruitment team members in sourcing, screening, and follow-up activities.
• Focus on achieving recruitment targets and improving overall hiring efficiency.
